The founder's story

My name is Nicoleta Iordache and I founded White Pawns after over 20 years in sales, purchasing, and management.
I've seen up close the challenges entrepreneurs face and how much businesses can grow when they have the right support.

I created this company as an extension of my belief: every small or medium business deserves to
operate with clarity, strategy and balance. Here we do not offer standard recipes — but solutions built exactly to your needs.
